JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Integration AMS Consultant with Workday certification and 14 years of experience in Workday integrations to join our offshore team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing Application Management Services (AMS) support for Workday integration solutions, including issue resolution, minor enhancements, and system optimization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide day-to-day support for Workday integrations across HR, Finance, and Payroll domains.
Monitor integration performance and resolve incidents or defects in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain custom and packaged integrations using Workday tools such as Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, PICOF/PECI, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
Analyze change requests, gather requirements, and implement minor enhancements or configuration changes.
Collaborate with onshore teams, business stakeholders, and technical leads to understand integration requirements and ensure alignment with best practices.
Perform regression testing and support scheduled Workday releases.
Maintain clear and detailed documentation of integration designs, processes, and support tickets.
Follow ITIL-based processes for incident, change, and problem management.
Ensure data security and privacy compliance in integration processes.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
4 years and above of hands-on experience with Workday integrations in either implementation or support roles.
Workday Integration Certification is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, XSLT, and web service APIs.
Experience working in AMS/Support environments with SLAs and ticketing tools.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a remote and collaborative team environment.
