What You’ll Do: In this exciting position, you will work closely with the regional sales team to provide and coordinate pre-sales support throughout the entire sales cycle. The field sales engineer's job responsibilities include:
Serve as the trusted advisor for Acre security solutions in the region, supporting sales and channel partners.
Lead technical demonstrations of products and solutions based on customer needs.
Manage Proof of Concept (PoC) projects.
Represent Acre at trade shows, industry workgroups, and events to promote solutions.
Assist sales teams with technical content for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
Own the IT Questionnaire responses within the region.
Develop quotations, proposals, and integration designs based on customer requirements.
Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Support to provide feedback on product enhancements and market trends.
What You'll Need to be Successful
5+ years of experience in a similar role.
Familiarity with Physical Access Control an d Intrusion Systems, Video Management Systems, or other Security Software preferred.
Presales or deployment experience in Physical Security Solutions.
Strong ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Hands-on experience with operating systems, networking, and familiarity with cloud solutions or database technology is advantageous.
Technical degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
