Happy Mammoth is currently looking for a Customer Service Agent with excellent skills in English, to provide support to our growing team in Australia, Europe and USA.

Here’s what you will be responsible for:

Guaranteeing our clients have a happy and positive experience in all communications with the Happy Mammoth and associated brands;
Provide world leading customer service to our clients over the phone;
Provide world leading customer service to our clients through online chat;
Managing and working within our customer serviceapp
Making changes to customer orders in Shopify and our fulfilment software;
Updating our knowledge bases, templates and checklists weekly;
Moderating Facebook and Instagram Ad comments;
Reselling clients to new and existing products; and
Other duties as assigned.

You have previous experience in a client service position (preferably remote)

Fast learner. We are a natural health company and you will need to get up to speed on our products and business processes very fast
Experience using an online app such as Zowie and Shopify is a bonus
An interest/previous in natural health industries is a bonus
