Job description

Our client, a global Healthcare company, is seeking a Vera and NeoLoad Consultant, who posses SME to support an implementation project leveraging the Vera and NeoLoad platforms. The selected candidate will play a critical role in configuring, managing, and optimizing data loads and integrations between systems to enable seamless end-to-end operations. This position requires a deep understanding of SME processes, data modeling, and middleware integration, as well as strong experience working with business users to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.

This is a remote, contract role, starting with a one-year contract for a 2 year project, that is likely to renew. The selected candidate can be located anywhere in India and must be able to support the client's EST preferred working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the SME for Vera and NeoLoad platform data loads, transformations, and validations
Manage the design, scheduling, and execution of large-scale data load processes using Vera/NeoLoad specific tools
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to define load requirements and ensure accurate data mapping
Troubleshoot and resolve load issues, data integrity problems, and performance bottlenecks
Maintain detailed technical documentation including data dictionaries, load mappings, and process flows
Evaluate company activities to ensure resources are used efficiently, identifying areas for advancements and providing recommendations
Perform impact assessments and regression testing for system upgrades and changes
Provide training and support to internal teams on Vera and NeoLoad processes and best practices
Implement and develop performance testing solutions, collaborating with different teams to ensure successful implementation

Requirements

5+ years of experience in enterprise data loading and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
Proficient with performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, and NeoLoad, as well as familiarity with other leading monitoring tools
Hands-on experience with Vera and NeoLoad platforms, ideally in a consulting or large-scale transformation context
Must have a strong understanding of data governance, quality assurance, and integration methodologies
Proven experience working with middleware (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, or similar) for system integration
Experience working in cloud environments (SaaS, PaaS, on-premises, and public cloud) is a plus
Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and DevOps tools is a plus
Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
