Are you a driven candidate with solid experience? If so, we are looking for you! We are looking for an experienced Parts Item Creation Support candidate who will partner with our team. The role is a remote position.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You understand the heavy equipment business and have a drive for being an active part of solutions. You set the bar high and set an example for other leaders and colleagues on how to work collaboratively with the highest level of integrity.

This role will be monitoring items creation requests, verifying the info of the item, and creating in a timely manner for branches on M3. Will also work on cleaning up parts data in M3 and other systems used.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor the item creation app for new requests.

• Research and verify item info and if already in the system.

• Create items that are not in the system with extreme detail.

• Run reports on items creation and do spot checks on other people creating items.

• Help clean up parts data in M3.

• When short staffed, help with parts support.

Required Skills and Qualifications.

Qualifications include:

• Highschool diploma or GED

• 5 years working in a parts department

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Products (Excel, Outlook, Word)

• Must be very detail oriented and not afraid to ask questions.

• Have basic understanding of crane and truck parts
