This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 10 hours per week, anytime during client business hours on Monday, Thursday and Friday

Job Description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Social Media Growth Specialist to drive our digital expansion across LinkedIn and Facebook platforms. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with two distinct wellness brands, connecting with fitness professionals and health enthusiasts while executing targeted social media campaigns. You’ll be instrumental in growing our professional network and increasing brand visibility through strategic outreach and content distribution. This position offers flexible hours, the ability to work remotely, and potential for growth based on performance.

Responsibilities
  • Execute targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns using Sales Navigator to connect with fitness professionals and industry leaders
  • Manage and distribute engaging content across various Facebook community groups
  • Implement provided messaging templates to maintain consistent brand voice
  • Track and document outreach activities and engagement metrics
  • Maintain organized records of social media activities and group interactions
  • Coordinate posting schedules across multiple platforms and groups
  • Follow established guidelines for professional communication and engagement


Requirements

  • Proven experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Facebook platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Reliable internet connection and appropriate computer setup
  • Professional written communication skills in English
  • Experience with social media management tools preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable with template-based messaging and content distribution
