Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: 10 hours/week | 7:30am to 1pm pacific time mon Tues and possible Wednesdays.

Job Description
Take on an exciting role as a Sales Development Representative where you’ll be the first point of contact for dental professionals across the United States and select international markets. In this position, you’ll utilize your professional communication skills to educate dental practices about valuable services that can significantly benefit their operations. This role offers performance-based bonuses and the opportunity to grow with a company that’s actively expanding its market presence. You’ll work in a structured environment with clear metrics for success, while maintaining the flexibility of a part-time schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Execute strategic outbound calling campaigns to dental practices, maintaining high-quality professional interactions
  • Present valuable service offerings to dental office decision-makers using provided communication frameworks
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for detailed service presentations and consultations
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions within the company’s CRM system
  • Track and report daily activities and results to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Identify and capture key information to improve targeting and conversion rates
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with dental office staff

Requirements
  • Excellent English verbal communication skills with professional phone presence
  • Previous experience in sales development, appointment setting, or cold calling
  • Demonstrated ability to use CRM systems and scheduling tools
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Professional home office setup with reliable internet connection
  • Ability to maintain a consistent schedule during US business hours
  • Target of 75 outbound calls per day with focus on quality interactions
  • Commitment to 10 hours per week, primarily during morning hours
  • Positive attitude and ability to maintain professional demeanor in all interactions
