Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday- Friday 9am-3pm Central time, Texas business hours required
Client Time zone: Central Time (Texas)


Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage incoming leads through the Giddyup CRM system
  • Assign leads to appropriate sales representatives
  • Create and compile PDF photo reports for homeowners
  • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for tracking and reporting
  • Communicate effectively with sales representatives and homeowners
  • Handle data entry and administrative tasks
  • Monitor and track KPIs
  • Organize reports and documentation
  • Manage general administrative duties as needed

Requirements
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet management
  • Experience with CRM systems (Giddy up experience a plus)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail
  • Professional communication manner
  • Spanish language skills preferred but not required
  • Construction or roofing industry experience preferred
  • Basic PDF editing and compilation skills
