Job description

• Develop and schedule engaging social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook etc.).

• Draft and edit captions that align with our tone (warm, authentic, community-focused).

• Coordinate and maintain a content calendar, suggesting post types (e.g. service highlights, community involvement, team spotlights).

• Repurpose raw content (photos/videos) from the shop into visually appealing posts using tools like Canva.

• Review past post performance to advise on future content strategies.

• Liaise directly with the owners for regular updates, approvals, and collaboration.

• Support video post planning by suggesting ideas that work well for engagement.
