About the role
As an Recruitment Coordinator you will have an important role in providing support to the talent team. You will be required to immerse yourself in the Online/Digital media world, learning quickly and honing your skills and knowledge of the industry.
Your role will be crucial in assisting the HR&TA team, providing support in sourcing and recruiting talent, and in managing interviews and placements.
What you’ll do
· Assist with sourcing and engaging new talent for freelance and permanent positions
· Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams across multiple time zones
· Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates to ensure a positive experience
· Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
· Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines
· Track and report on candidate progress and hiring metrics
· Help ensure compliance with hiring policies and data privacy regulations
· Serve as the point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
· Assist with pre-employment steps, screening and other onboarding tasks.
· Support with Ad-hoc tasks for the broader TA and HR team.
About you
· Previous experience in a recruiting, HR, or administrative support role
· Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, BambooHR, etc).
· Understanding of recruitment platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Upwork, Job Boards, etc).
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Knowledge of HR and recruitment compliance standards
· Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively
