We’re looking for someone who’s led big, complex launches across multiple platforms and knows what it takes to get things over the line. To do well in this role, you’ll need to bring senior-level experience and a strategic mindset. We want someone who’s been here before. If you’re the type who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves seeing a good plan come together, keep reading!

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in a release management role within the gaming industry.
  • AAA Experience leading release management, at least one shipped title (bonus points if you've managed global releases!).
  • Demonstrated ownership of software development lifecycles, game development pipelines and best practices for launch readiness.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, being able to ensure that all teams are aligned and aware of the project goals.
  • Deep understanding of Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

In this role, you'll be in charge of:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define scope and scheduling for game updates and major releases.
  • Development of detailed, actionable release plans, ensuring all stakeholders understand deliverables, timelines and dependencies.
  • Identifying potential bottlenecks or pitfalls early, and collaborating with teams to implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Coordination with QA to ensure thorough testing, triage, and resolution of issues before releasing any updates.
  • Maintaining a high-quality bar for all releases, championing best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for owning and leading the end-to-end release management lifecycle, from planning to deployment and post-release support.
  • Conduct post-launch reviews, gathering feedback to refine our processes and boost future launches.

If you are a seasoned Release Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, highly visible leadership role, and you are ready to make an immediate impact, we encourage you to apply.
