Senior Graphic Designer

The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Senior Designer to join Neato's Creative Department. In this role, you will lead your design pod in creating innovative designs for our eCommerce brands. You will be responsible for both designing assets and managing your team, ensuring a balance of creativity and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present creative strategies, concepts, mood boards, and briefs for eCommerce brands
• Design visually engaging assets that effectively communicate brand messages
• Lead and manage a team of in-house and remote designers
• Provide constructive feedback and facilitate critique sessions
• Address team performance issues and implement improvement plans
• Continuously refine processes and bring concerns to directors
• Introduce new tools and ideas to enhance the team's work and efficiency
• Translate clients' objectives into impactful designs for platforms, primarily Amazon
• Present creative concepts to internal teams and clients

Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in eCommerce or advertising
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc)
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Proven experience in concept development and creative strategy
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
• Experience managing a team of designers
