Job Summary - Omnichannel Performance Strategist, Paid Media (Paid Search Focus)

The Omni Channel Performance Strategist will manage, analyze, and update automotive-related paid search, social, and programmatic marketing campaigns utilizing Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, DV360, Amazon and PureCars’ technology to drive revenue for our Automotive clients around the US and Canada. You will get to partner with both client-facing Account Managers and our clients to ensure strategic ad optimization initiatives are met while providing insights into improvements that can be made with their campaigns. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate across Paid Search with Programmatic and Social Media as a bonus for future growth
  • Create and manage paid media campaigns based on automotive dealership, OEM, and marketing agency goals and continually identify opportunities to make measurable optimizations towards dealer goals
  • Monitor and optimize for KPIs including but not limited to impression share, CTR, CPA, CPC, and pacing
  • Monitor the marketplace, competitive landscape, industry trends, and third-party data sources to constantly identify and implement new marketing opportunities
  • Analyze paid search performance and pacing reports to provide impactful optimization insights and strategies with client facing teams to share with clients

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 2 years minimum experience in Digital Media (Paid Search Focus)
  • We want people who are driven, proactive and innovative to help us delight customers
  • Experience with ad management software such as Kenshoo, Marin, Acquisio, Fluency, or similar is highly preferred. We use tech similar to these so the general concepts transfer
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills are a must. You will be tasked with using analytics tools and internal data to present performance findings to internal teams
  • You must be detail-oriented with the ability to work with multiple data sets in Excel or Google Sheets in order to provide performance findings and actionable insights across paid media platforms. Pivot tables and V-look-ups are a major plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects while diligently prioritizing in the best interest of our clients and OEMs.
