Brown & Brown is seeking a Dental Risk Management Support Line Consultant Contractor to join our growing team in Tampa, FL! 

 

The Dental Risk Management Support Line Consultant Contractor will provide consultative risk management guidance to insured dentists and dental organizations. 

  

How You Will Contribute: 

 

  • Responds to PPP® Clinical Support Line requests by analyzing the risk exposures pertinent to the insured’s inquiry and provides direction regarding appropriate risk mitigation options 

  • Provides a summary report of each PPP® client contact to the Director of Risk Management and others as designated 

  • Participates in monthly dental risk management group meetings 

   

Skills & Experience to Be Successful: 
  

  • An ability to identify and assess potential risks and liabilities of reported events 

  • Strong backgrounds in clinical dentistry and patient management;  

  • Dentist (Preferred) 

  • Previous experience in dental risk management, dental peer review, dental mediation, or dental professional liability litigation (Preferred)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • An ability to establish rapport and have a positive interaction with insureds 

  • Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, and email management as well as an ability to perform basic Internet searches for pertinent information 

Pay Range

$150 - $150 Hourly

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
