INFUSE is looking for a Creative/Graphic Design Team Lead. The employee in this position will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design team's performance, task allocation processes within the team, ensuring the quality assurance of the designers' work results for the internal brand and clients materials, taking on designer role when necessary. 


Responsibilities:
  • Identification of designers' strengths and weaknesses in terms of creativity and quality. 
  • Maintain regular performance reviews for designers.
  • Monitor department capacity and timely raise capacity concerns with HR team. 
  • Support the recruitment process on each stage.
  • Onboarding for designers when they join a team.
  • Mentor designers in best practices, design process, and ideation
  • Ensure consistency across various channels and departments with brand guidelines
  • Organize and facilitate both general and educational calls with the team.
  • Stay and keep the team with industry trends and tools to continually enhance creative output.
  • Being able to perform critical design tasks and prove your own technical level and capability.
  • Taking part in systematization and updating internal design library and workflows.
  • Keep design department documentation up to date, as well as design resources and materials.

Skills and expertise:
  • High proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Packages.
  • Strong knowledge of frontend and web development, web design.
  • Experience in teaching/training design to junior team members.
  • Have experience with and 3D rendering applications (i.e. Cinema 4D) is desired, but not essential.
  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.
  • Ukrainian or Russian proficiency is a must.
  • Knowledge of time management and planning.
  • People management.
  • Ability to assess and analyze the quality of obtained data.
