Job description

The Role:

We have an open position for a Senior System Administrator with experience in the area of system and network administration, databases, application deployment, monitoring, and performance tuning.

Responsibilities:

Deployment, administration, and maintenance of Linux and Unix based physical and virtual servers in more than 15 worldwide locations
Managing the network infrastructure - enterprise switches (Dell, HPE, Mellanox), BSDRP routers, Bind name servers, DHCP servers, etc.
Performance, stability, and security optimizations
Monitoring and incident management
Support of the internal office infrastructure, test and production systems

Requirements:

3+ years of Senior Level experience with Linux and Unix based server environments
Deep understanding of networking
Experience with virtualization technologies (KVM, VMWARE)
Experience with Docker virtual containers
Experience with databases (PSQL, MongoDB, MySQL) - administration, replication, clusterization
Experience with enterprise switches, network protocols, DNS, name servers, routers (BSDRP), and routing software suites (BIRD, QUAGGA)
Experience with automation (Puppet)
Fluent in the English Language, both written and verbal

Note: Experience with any of the following would be considered an advantage - FreeBSD, Bind, Vyatta/VyOS, Chef, Ansible, Kickstart, ZFS, OpenStack
