Job description

About the role : 

As Head of Business Unit – LATAM, you will take full ownership of our LATAM growth strategy. This includes driving traffic, revenue, partnerships, and local teams across Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and more. You’ll operate with the autonomy of a Country Manager and the influence of a P&L owner – backed by a powerhouse of SEO, market, tech, content and monetization experts.

This role is perfect for someone who has scaled a LATAM business in the iGaming affiliate industry and wants to step into a broader, more strategic role with a direct line to the COO.

As our Head of Business Unit / LATAM markets you will

  • Own the LATAM P&L: Define and execute a roadmap for revenue and EBITDA growth across key markets.
  • Lead & Build Teams: Recruit, coach and lead a squad of content managers, editors, SEO specialists and commercial leads.
  • Shape Editorial Strategy: Set local content priorities across sports betting, casino, and evergreen verticals.
  • Drive SEO & Performance: Collaborate with SEO, product & tech teams to grow traffic and rankings on key assets.
  • Monetize Smartly: Build deep relationships with operators and brokers to optimize CPA, revenue share, and hybrid deals.
  • Expand the Portfolio: Identify acquisition targets or new domains to strengthen our LATAM footprint.
  • Report to COO: Present monthly KPIs and strategic progress with full transparency.


Your profile should include :

  • Background: 5+ years in the iGaming affiliate space, with at least 2 years as Country Manager (Spain or other LATAM markets).
  • Proven Growth: Track record of delivering strong traffic & revenue growth in a competitive, regulated landscape.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (ideally both).
  • Affiliate Native: Deep understanding of SEO, Google Discover, content monetization, and operator dynamics.
  • Leadership: Experience leading multicultural teams in remote setups, with strong communication and ownership.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: You think in terms of growth levers, KPIs, ROI – and you move fast.
