HR Experience: 2.5-5 years in a Human Resources or People Operations role, preferably in the wellness, retreat, or spiritual services industry. Spiritual Awareness: Comfort working within a faith-based context that integrates energy healing, prayer, and alternative therapies. Strong Communication: Warm, professional, and responsive communicator who can support a diverse team with grace and structure. Organizational Excellence: Meticulous attention to detail in record-keeping, scheduling, and team alignment. Systems Fluency: Familiarity with HRIS platforms, Google Workspace, and remote communication tools. People-First Mindset: Grounded in integrity, discretion, and a heart-centered approach to supporting soul-aligned staff.

Core responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing: Support recruitment for wellness-based roles including meditation leaders, retreat support, Reiki practitioners, and admin staff. Onboarding & Training: Design onboarding flows rooted in spiritual integrity and alignment with holistic health practices. Employee Engagement: Coordinate virtual check-ins, track wellness alignment, and support a culture of intention, gratitude, and personal growth. Policy & Culture Development: Create policies that balance compliance with energetic, trauma-informed, and faith-based workplace culture. Schedule & Time Tracking: Manage time-off requests, shift coordination, and performance tracking in alignment with team rhythms and retreat cycles. HR Admin Support: Maintain confidential records, support payroll inputs, and respond to team queries with empathy and efficiency.
