Project Assistant – Junior
Framingham, MA 01701

Fully remote; EST is a preference but open to CST
Pay Rate: $26/Hour on W2
 
We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our IT Change Management Team in managing large, complex business change management projects.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides administrative support for large, complex change management projects
  • Responsible for sending out survey reminders, uploading spreadsheets into the system (and some team meeting scheduling.
  • Responds to questions and requests from the internal team and research information
  • Collaborates with the internal team to complete tasks efficiently
  • Compiles, summarizes, and analyzes project or team related data
  • Support the preparation and distribution of project related materials, such as presentations and reports
  • Maintain and update project documentation,
  • Performs other administrative duties as required or directed
  • Oversight of Activities Tracker
  • send timely reminders to Associates to update project status and reports
  • identify data issues and resolve with Associates
  • Verify that Solution Adoption surveys are sent timely, data is being collected, and identify exceptions
  • Monitor and report Artemis spend on projects
  • Maintain SharePoint folders
  • Tracking and reporting on training session attendance
  • Support with Program Increment (PI) Planning and PI event activities
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating events/meetings
Requirements:
  • 1-5 years of project administrative experience in a corporate setting; 1-2 years is the preference
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Must have solid written and verbal communication skills and be customer-centric
  • Must have MS Office experience
  • Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint (intermediate level)
  • SharePoint (basic level)
  • Intermediate Excel experience (most important)
Preference:
• Change management experience
