Job description

 GrowthAssistant is looking for creative and experienced Video Editors! This role revolves in creating videos for ad sets, emails, landing pages, etc.

The Role:

  • Design videos for ad sets, emails, social, landing pages, etc. 
  • Video editing focus is for paid media ads, some static editing  
  • Edit and iterate off existing creative assets (crop, resize, re-cut, text overlays, etc.)
  • Stich and edit short video and GIF content for digital campaignes across channels
  • Understand the ad marketplace - what converts and doesn't, creating content that entices buyers to click the CTA button to purchase
  • Some static design editing
  • Work in a high-velocity environment

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of video editing experience creating short-form videos for social media
  • 2+ years of experience in using Adobe Creative Suite tools (After Effects and Premiere Pro)
  • Has a portfolio that has demonstrated return of investment from edited/produced videos
  • With experience working with D2C CPG brands 
  • Experience/familiarity in Figma and Canva (client is switching to Air)
  • Has to have a strong attention to detail 
  • With recent graveyard shift experience and amenable to working on a US time zone (9-5 EST)
  • Comfortable using a time-tracker tool during the shift (Hubstaff for productivity tracking and payroll purposes)

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with GMail and Slack for team communication
  • Video file organization skills  
  • Creative degree/Bachelor of Fine Arts or similar


Growth Into:

  • Creative strategist
  • Finding/hunting new concepts/ad direction 
  • Managing a backlog of ideas/concepts; finding other creators to build out the creative team



Application Process: Initial Interview -> GA Final Interview -> Creative Brief -> Client Review/Interview  

Salary Range:  PHP 60,000 - 85,000 per month
