Job Description:

· We are seeking a skilled and versatile Full Stack JavaScript Developer with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in JavaScript development across both front-end and back-end technologies, hands-on experience with marketing automation solutions, and an interest in marketing technology and healthcare domains.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications.

· Build front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.

· Optimize front-end code with build tools like Babel and Rollup.

· Develop back-end services using Go (Golang) and integrate with SQL and NoSQL databases.

· Write and optimize SQL queries for relational databases, work with MongoDB for NoSQL storage.

· Create and maintain custom solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) using AMPscript, SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript), HTML, CSS, and SQL.

· Configure and customize Marketing Cloud features such as Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Mobile Studio.

· Implement dynamic content for marketing automation campaigns using SFMC.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

· Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· 5–7 years of professional experience in full stack development and marketing technology.

· Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern front-end frameworks.

· Experience with Babel and Rollup for code transpiration and bundling.

· Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

· Hands-on experience with Go (Golang) for backend development.

· Advanced skills in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Studios (Email, Mobile, Social, Advertising) and AMP script.

· Working knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.

· Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Nice to Have

· Experience with MarTech (Marketing Technology) platforms and tools.

· Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).

· Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
