Gabtech Global is a fast-growing offshore staffing company helping Managed Service Providers (MSPs) scale more efficiently by providing highly skilled remote teams. We currently support some of the fastest-growing MSPs and IT companies globally and are expanding our presence in Australia.


We are seeking an experienced, well-connected Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth into the Australian MSP market.


JOB OVERVIEW:


As our Business Development Manager for Australia, your mission is to acquire and expand relationships with MSPs across the country. You’ll be selling staffing solutions that help MSPs improve margins, scale faster, and enhance service delivery — backed by a trusted brand with a proven model.


JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Identify, engage, and close new MSP clients across Australia.

  • Leverage your existing network within the MSP community to drive new business opportunities.

  • Develop tailored proposals and solutions based on each MSP’s staffing needs.

  • Manage full sales cycles from prospecting to negotiation to contract close.

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers (owners, CTOs, service managers).

  • Attend MSP industry events, webinars, and networking groups to build brand presence.

  • Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategy, messaging, and client success handoffs.

  • Report sales pipeline activity and forecasts consistently.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years selling services, SaaS, IT solutions, or staffing into MSP or IT Service Provider channels.

  • Existing relationships with MSP executives, owners, or decision-makers in Australia.

  • Prior experience working with or selling to MSPs (preferably at RMM, PSA, cybersecurity, or cloud solution vendors).

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

  • Strong understanding of the MSP business model (MRR, services stack, margins, etc.).

  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and remotely.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.

  • Bonus points if active in ConnectWise, Datto, Pax8, or Australian MSP communities.
