This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday; 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Raleigh, NC

As we expand, we're seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support day-to-day business operations, content management, and administrative tasks. This role is key in helping us stay organized, efficient, and focused on high-priority initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative support to the executive team

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate communications

  • Upload and organize digital content across platforms (e.g., websites, social media, internal systems)

  • Assist with project management, tracking deadlines and deliverables

  • Maintain and update internal documentation, SOPs, and file systems

  • Support email management, client follow-ups, and basic customer service tasks

  • Help streamline workflows and identify areas for operational improvement

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant preferably in the digital marketing space

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

  • Proficiency with productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, task/project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello)

  • Familiarity with content management systems, file sharing platforms, and light graphic tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Reliable, proactive, and resourceful
