This is a remote position.
We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with paid search and social ads (Google, Meta, and other relevant networks), a deep understanding of ad performance metrics, and the ability to translate business goals into effective ad strategies.
Develop, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and others
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis
Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers to produce effective creatives
Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust targeting, bids, and budgets to improve ROI
Track and report on KPIs such as CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting strategies
Create and maintain detailed campaign performance reports and dashboards
Stay current on platform updates, digital trends, and best practices in paid advertising
2+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns
Proven success with Google Ads and Meta Ads (certifications a plus)
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
Excellent copywriting and communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for campaign reporting and analysis
Experience with eCommerce or lead generation ad strategies
Familiarity with other ad platforms such as TikTok, Amazon, or Pinterest
Experience with retargeting campaigns and funnel-based strategies
Understanding of UTM parameters and attribution models
