Job description

This is a remote position.

Scope:

  • 10 hours/week
  • Flexible scheduling across 5 days
  • No direct phone communication required
  • Remote work with U.S.-based team
  • Potential to increase hours as needs grow

Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage data entry for retailer and distributor forms
  • Maintain and update sell sheets and spec sheets
  • Create standardized information packages for customers
  • Manage documentation across 74 divisions
  • Handle file management and administrative tasks
  • Support email communications with business contacts as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Experience with administrative documentation management
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Customer service background preferred
