Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 2 PM Colorado Springs, CO, MST (Flexible within this window)
Employment Type: Part-Time

About the Role:
We are looking for a self-motivated and confident Cold Calling Virtual Assistant to help grow our client base by reaching out to local home service businesses in the Colorado Springs/Colorado area that are in need of professional websites, marketing support, SEO, and business consulting.

Your role is simple yet impactful: identify businesses on Google Maps without websites, call them, pitch our affordable digital services, and send them a follow-up form if interested. You’ll play a crucial role in generating warm leads for our all-in-one business consulting agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use Google Maps to identify local home service providers (e.g., roofers, plumbers, auto detailers, contractors) without websites.

  • Cold call these businesses and introduce our services (web design, SEO, marketing strategy, etc.).

  • Qualify interest and send a follow-up Google Form to the business via email or phone.

  • Track interested leads and notify the business owner of submissions.

  • Follow simple scripts and be consistent in daily outreach.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in cold calling, sales, or lead generation

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Confident, professional, and able to handle objections gracefully

  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own time

  • Familiar with using Google Maps, email, and basic CRM or tracking tools

Tools You’ll Use:

  • Google Maps

  • Google Forms

  • Email/SMS tools (to send follow-up links)

Compensation & Perks:
