Job Description As Content Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and executing the brand’s digital presence during their crucial pre-launch phase. Working directly with the founder, you’ll manage social media strategy, create engaging content plans, and ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms. This position offers unique exposure to fashion brand development, combining creative content creation with strategic planning and execution. Responsibilities
Develop and manage comprehensive social media content calendars
Lead weekly strategy sessions with the founder to plan upcoming content themes
Create detailed shot lists and creative briefs for photo and video content
Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
Plan and coordinate the creation of engaging social media content, including reels and posts
Design and maintain an aesthetically cohesive Instagram grid
Organize and manage digital marketing assets and content libraries
Present weekly content plans and performance metrics
Brainstorm innovative content ideas that align with brand identity
Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and quality standards
Requirements
Proven experience in social media content planning and execution
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetic consistency
Experience with social media management tools and platforms
