Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday, Thursday, and Friday, 1 pm-5 pm; Wednesday, 8 am-6 pm, with 1 hour unpaid break on this day | Atlanta (Eastern Time Zone)

Paid hours per week: 20 hours

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client communications via phone and email, including handling incoming calls, returning messages, and providing case status updates.
  • Process and send pre-templated documents and correspondence using auto-population systems.
  • Prepare, manage, and distribute client documents with attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Execute general administrative tasks and provide support across additional business ventures as needed.


Requirements
  • Strong English and Spanish communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Experience with document management and processing

  • Ability to work independently and remotely

  • Professional phone manner and client service orientation

  • Comfort with learning and using various software systems

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information

Scope:

  • Remote work during EST business hours

  • Primary focus on law firm administration with flexibility to support other business ventures

  • Direct client interaction and communication

  • Independent work with direct management from firm leadership
