Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours a week

  • Monday to Friday 9am-6pm New Jersey time 8 Hours per Day (includes 1 hr unpaid break)




Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial qualification of loan applications and inquiries

  • Verify basic qualification criteria including credit scores (minimum 650) and cash requirements

  • Process incoming leads from various sources including Facebook ads

  • Communicate with potential borrowers to gather preliminary loan information

  • Qualify leads based on specific loan criteria (e.g., loan-to-value ratios, down payment requirements)

  • Handle follow-up communication with qualified leads

  • Direct qualified applications to appropriate channels for further processing

  • Maintain accurate records of all inquiries and qualifications

Scope:

  • Full-time position

  • Remote work with provided technology and tools

  • Initial focus on loan qualification with potential growth into processing role

  • Part of potential team expansion (company looking to grow to 10 positions)

Requirements


  • Previous experience in mortgage or loan industry/financial a MUST

  • Experience is customer support or Sales / Appointment setting

  • Strong English communication skills with minimal accent

  • Proficiency in basic math calculations and loan-to-value computations

  • Understanding of fundamental lending concepts and terminology

  • Ability to work independently while following established processes

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial calculations

  • Professional phone manner and customer service orientation
