Job description

This is a remote position.

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to support a province-wide initiative focused on healthcare recruitment and retention. The successful candidate will work closely with government stakeholders, healthcare professionals, and contracted agencies to enhance recruitment strategies, improve the provincial healthcare recruitment website, and streamline user experience and content verification.

Requirements

Valid PMP certification (proof required).
Bachelor's degree in Biology or Health Sciences (proof requested).
Minimum 7 years of project management experience in health workforce recruitment, including 3+ detailed examples.
At least 10 years delivering healthcare initiatives related to workforce planning and safe patient care, including 3+ examples.
5 years of experience working with large teams (10+ stakeholders) across healthcare, including executive sponsors, to lead provincial workforce transformation initiatives.
5 years of experience in web design and user experience (UX), with 2+ project examples.
2 years of experience managing nursing workforce-related projects, with at least one example.
2 years of relevant experience within the Manitoba health system, including at least one example.
