Job description

• Manage inbox (approx. 40–50 emails per day)
 Book, schedule and confirm jobs via email and phone
 Create and send accurate invoices within 24–48 hours
 Maintain reports and follow up on job progress
 Process team timesheets weekly
 Respond to basic customer enquiries via email, SMS and calls
 Assist with general admin, data entry, and document formatting
 Basic support with social media posting (no content creation or strategy required)
