Job Overview

Our Company is actively seeking an AU Paralegal & Administrative Support Officer to join our remote team. This is a multi-functional role that combines legal documentation support, marketing coordination, data management, and client/vendor communication. Youโ€™ll work directly with the Director and senior leadership to ensure seamless business operations, from legal prep to digital marketing.

Job Description

As an AU Paralegal & Administrative Support Officer , you will be responsible for:
  • Drafting, proofreading, and preparing legal documents including Share Sale Deeds (SSDs), NDAs, Term Sheets, and Contract Schedules.
  • Manage Data-rooms for Discovery and Due Diligence, and assist with client onboarding and document flow.
  • Collect data from vendors and upload accurate business financial information into Bizstats.
  • Support contract creation and refine internal templates and SOPs.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns using Eagle CRM, including buyer list generation, content scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Oversee and maintain social media platforms, monitor engagement, and prepare analytics reports.
  • Support ongoing updates across marketing pages, websites, and client experience portals.
  • Manage testimonial collection and vendor reporting.
  • Liaise with clients and vendors to ensure smooth communication and delivery of services.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Law , Legal Management , Marketing , or Business Administration .
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in legal support or administration, ideally with Australian or UK clients.
  • Experience working for an Australian Client/Business is required.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English with a high degree of document accuracy.
  • Proficiency in:
    • Microsoft Office Suite
    • Google Workspace
    • Adobe PDF
  • CRM and data entry platforms (e.g., Eagle)
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and handle multiple deadlines.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Australian legal documents , especially share sale deeds and RTO contracts.
  • Familiarity with RTO/CRICOS regulatory frameworks and compliance.
  • Comfortable working with AI-driven marketing tools and CRM platforms (Eagle, HubSpot).
  • Understanding of due diligence processes and data structuring in Data-rooms.
  • Experience drafting SOPs, managing vendor communications, and supporting testimonial workflows.
  • Knowledge of productivity tools like Trello , Monday.com , or similar workflow platforms.
