The Role and What You’ll Do:

As a member of the Collegiate Team Bussing program, the coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting the operational and sales efforts related to Anthony Travel, a division of On Location, and will work with customers and vendors in sports and event management.

  • Negotiate bus rates and amenities

  • Process contracts for collegiate clients

  • Outline and update Season Planners & Trip Planners report

  • Track bus bookings and commissions

  • Invoice bus commissions

  • Provide Weekly Summary to brief management of weekly productivity

  • Grow relationships with vendors

  • Promote and contribute to Anthony Travel Preferred Bussing Program

  • All other duties as requested

You Have These:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, specifically Microsoft Excel

  • Demonstrative negotiation and sales skills

  • An understanding of revenue management, motor coach experience preferred

  • Ability to work under pressure with great attention to detail

  • Flexibility to deal with and adapt to changes

  • Ability to manage many tasks at the same time

  • Effective communication skills, written and verbal

We’d Love If You Also Have These:

  • Motorcoach industry experience

  • SABRE reservation system knowledge

  • Past experience in the sports travel, University, or hospitality industry.

Travel: Additional hours, some weekends, and availability to travel for work during holidays is required during peak events times.
