Job description

Job Title
Clinical Application Specialist for Endovascular procedures (FORS Technology)

Job Description

As Clinical Application Specialist for Endovascular procedures (FORS Technology) you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on patients and customers by being involved in the introduction and long-term adoption of FORS (Fiber Optic RealShape) technology in Benelux and across Europe. This innovative technology provides unique real-time 3D visualization of the complete shape of devices inside the body without relying on fluoroscopy. It allows us to overcome the limitations of current image-guided therapies by reducing fluoroscopy dependency while enhancing the clarity of intra-body device visualization.

Your role:

  • Implement clinical and sales strategies to drive solution adoption at assigned sites to meet targets, proactively identifying and addressing any barriers to adoption.

  • Offer clinical and technical product expertise, providing in-lab support and education to end-users to enhance product performance.

  • Monitor product usage, collect performance evidence, and resolve customer complaints and inquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for sales support, coordinating logistics to enhance product awareness.

  • Manage communication with on-site stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and researchers, while providing feedback to Philips teams to improve product design and functionality.

You're the right fit if:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, with extensive clinical experience in healthcare settings such as hospitals, specifically in vascular surgery, interventional radiology, or interventional cardiology using single-use endovascular devices. Preference for experience in aortic endovascular repair.

  • Prior experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry, including medical devices or imaging equipment, is desirable.

  • Demonstrate hands-on ability to implement and communicate innovative solutions effectively, and manage assigned accounts by driving utilization, fostering customer relationships, and resolving issues.

  • Proven capability to work globally with international interactions, and willingness to travel extensively (65-70%) across nordic region and Germany for multi-site assignments.

  • Fluent in Swedesh and English; knowledge of Danish is an added advantage.
