📢 Home Concierge Specialist (Full time) – 100% Remote

We are seeking a customer-focused, Home Concierge Specialist to support homeowners looking to buy or sell a home. In this role, you’ll manage inbound leads and customer conversations provide timely follow-ups, and guide customers through the initial stages of their real estate journey.

We are looking for someone who will commit to 40 hours per week, with a set schedule that includes five workdays and an 8.5-hour shift per day (including a 30-minute break). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote call-center environment, enjoys engaging with customers, and is motivated by helping people navigate an important life decision.

About the role

  • Oversee 30-60 customer conversations per day, discovering their needs, providing guidance, answering questions about Clever’s services, and connecting them with the right solutions.
  • Educate home buyers and sellers on Clever’s process, clearly communicating the value proposition.
  • Collect and verify key customer details to ensure accurate data is passed to our agent network.
  • Collaborate with the agent network team to ensure successful agent matches through text introductions or live transfers.
  • Follow up with existing customers to confirm their needs are being met by agents.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism while delivering excellent customer experiences.

💰Compensation & Benefits
  • $45,000
    • Opportunity to earn an additional $2,000 per year if your regular schedule includes Saturday or Sunday shifts

Customer Experience team coverage:

  • Monday–Friday: 7 AM – 9 PM CST
  • Saturday–Sunday: 7 AM – 9 PM CST
    • Most likely this will be M-F 12:30 - 9 PM CST and/or T-Saturday 12:30 - 9 PM CST.
    • Your schedule will remain consistent weekly, with opportunities for adjustments in the future.
