ABOUT ALTEREGO MARKETING (THE COMPANY)
At AlterEgo Marketing, we care enthusiastically. We pride ourselves on helping business owners rediscover their passion and excitement for what they do.
A favorite quote that drives our approach is: "It’s hard to read the label when you’re inside the bottle."
Most business owners are so consumed with running their businesses—managing payroll, operations, and day-to-day challenges—that marketing often falls by the wayside. They struggle to effectively tell their own story. That’s where we come in.
We work with passionate business owners who believe they have something special, and we help them unlock the full potential of their brand. Our approach is holistic—we don’t just execute tactics; we define a strategy that ensures every marketing dollar is spent effectively.
Join our Team
This is a hands-on role for a creative problem solver who brings ideas to life across print, digital, and branding projects. You’ll work closely with Nic (our Founder) and Friday (our CEO), —getting high‑level direction but owning your projects end-to-end.
If you thrive on variety (from brochures to web mock‑ups), love visual storytelling, and can turn a brief into stunning designs without step‑by‑step instructions, you’ll feel right at home here.
Fast, Agile, Always Moving
We value speed and flexibility over pixel‑perfect work. Our clients move quickly, and so must we. You’ll need to draft multiple concepts, pivot instantly on feedback, and maintain momentum rather than chasing perfection.
If you’re energized by rapid iteration and comfortable reworking designs on the fly, you’ll fit our dynamic, ever‑changing environment perfectly.
Note: In this role, you will NOT have to interact directly with clients; Friday and Nic handle that, allowing you to focus on your creative work.
