Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facilities. Supervise all activities relating to the upkeep, maintenance, and space management of the Corporate headquarters.
Review work orders, oversee daily work order assignments, and ensure proper work order close-out procedures are followed
Conduct regular inspection tours of the facility to monitor the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for improvement
Ensure facility operations are maintained per Federal, State, and local guidelines, as well as participate in the development of policies and procedures and standard operating procedures (SOP)
Manages janitorial, cafe, and landscaping vendors; reviews work of contractors to ensure work is completed in accordance with the timeliness and standards of quality set forth in the contract
Responsible for arranging for bids, proposals, and contracts for all special projects as required
Maintain records of contracts and process renewals
Review invoices and verify work of vendors so that invoices can be processed for payment with the proper coding of cost center, vendor, and expense code
Assist in the development of the department budget and monitor unit expenses to ensure unit costs are within established levels
Ensure effective communications are maintained within the unit and externally; where appropriate, inform employees as to plans and progress; conduct employee discussion sessions at regular intervals
Job Specifications
Typically has the following skills or abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a business-related environment
Strong organizational and project management skills to include the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with AutoCAD and IWMS (Integrated Work Management System) applications
Proven problem-solving skills
Ability to analyze work processes
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
