We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical CSP & Ecommerce Analyst to join our Virtual Expertise Team (VET) within One Unilever Europe. This newly created team is responsible for the vision and growth strategy to unlock the highest potential of 28 European Countries – united under a new framework called One Unilever. Being a virtual team, you will often collaborate digitally with colleagues and cultures from across the region.
This role will support the CSP & Ecommerce Manager in driving the growth and optimization of our brands within the 1UL EU markets. We have CSP & Ecommerce Analyst roles open in all our categories thus we are looking for more than one person to hire in this process. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, a passion for ecommerce, and the ability to work collaboratively across various team & nationalities.
Responsibilities
Commercial Planning & Analysis:
Assist in defining the commercial plan, channel prioritization, and dynamic resource allocation for bouillons and soups brands.
Support the development and execution of channel strategies, pricing, and trade promotions.
Analyse market trends, sales data, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
Channel Strategy & Execution:
Collaborate with CSP local teams to support category strategy and brand development plans.
Provide inputs on pricing ambitions and investment guidance to accelerate BG strategy within markets.
Support the design and implementation of Positive Mix and Pack Price Architecture Strategy to drive sustainable cost coverage and GM/UOM improvement.
Ecommerce Development:
Assist in driving channel transformation through specific business drivers, developing comprehensive plans for ecommerce.
Monitor and report on ecommerce performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Sales Fundamentals & Reporting:
Support the delivery of sales fundamentals (TDP/SOS/Distribution) and influence commercial funding decisions in markets.
Provide TTS guidance and ROI optimization.
Monitor and report on brand performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
Experience
3+ years of experience in FMCG sales or marketing, preferably within CSP/customer marketing or ecommerce roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Understanding of category management, customer & channel P&L, and NRM excellence.
Proficiency in digital business commerce and ecommerce platforms.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with analytical tools and software.
