The following position is to join our RTX Corporate Enterprise Services Team:

We have an excellent opportunity within our Infrastructure & Applications organization. You will be responsible for driving the operations and business objectives across these digital services at the forefront of the company’s foundational objectives in digital transformation. You will have a focus on predictable performance, strategic partnering, and financially driven decision making.  In this role you will drive fact-based decision making, and demonstrate the ability to drive meaningful analysis, assist in financial recommendations, and communicate effectively, while partnering with management and operating as integral member of the team.

What You Will Do:

  • Partner effectively with Enterprise Services leadership across multiple digital service lines
  • Drive digital financial execution, forecasts, project support, performance against AOP, synergy analysis, and tracking cost control initiatives
  • Develop strategic financial solutions to optimize cost allocation models and deliver comprehensive briefings on recommendations
  • Maintain financial oversight of operating budgets, capital expenditures and the controls environment
  • Partner with Business Units to align on strategic initiatives and funding
  • Leverage CORE approach to assess and mature processes and drive continued improvement & harmonization
  • Drive effective forecasting including the quarterly forecast, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Long Range Plan (LRP). 
  • Proactively lead self-initiated analysis, solve problems, and resolve issues
  • Prepare and present effective leadership presentations
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • This role can be remote based in the CONUS preferably within reasonable distance from an RTX facility

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract 
  • Demonstrated success leading teams in dynamic environments, with alignment to corporate values and effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Extensive experience in FP&A and financial operations, including oversight of analysts and development of forecasts (quarterly, AOP, LRP).
  • Proven capability in problem resolution and delivering clear, executive-level communications and presentations.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience partnering cross functionally and influencing positive change with and without direct authority
  • Experience in FP&A and functional finance
  • The ability to demonstrate leadership skills by having the ability to influence others through leading and guiding
  • Communication and organizational skills, comfortable speaking in large groups and has the ability to confidently and professionally share opinions with every level of management
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional results to customers

  • Remote: This position is currently designated as remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories). Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).  An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
