We work with European SaaS scaleups typically with 30–200 employees offering digital products for B2B or B2C customers.


Clients are product-led and prioritize excellent customer onboarding to ensure adoption, retention, and long-term success. Teams are typically remote-first, spread across cities like Berlin, Stockholm, Amsterdam, Lisbon and Copenhagen, and open to candidates working remotely within CET ±3h.


🎯 What You’ll Typically Do

As an Onboarding Specialist working with our clients, you’ll guide new customers through their first critical steps — ensuring they get value from the product early.


  • Deliver smooth onboarding experiences for new customers (calls, emails, webinars)
  • Set up accounts, integrations, and training sessions tailored to customer needs
  • Identify early risk signals and proactively suggest solutions
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers, Product Managers, and Support teams
  • Continuously improve onboarding flows, templates, and knowledge bases


Typical tools: Hubspot, Intercom, Zendesk, Salesforce, Loom, Notion, Calendly

  • 1–3 years of experience in onboarding, customer success, support, or account management roles
  • Customer-centric mindset — you enjoy helping others succeed
  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Organized and proactive — you spot problems before they grow
  • Bonus: technical aptitude (basic API/integration understanding) is a big plus
