We work with European SaaS and digital product companies, typically with 30–200 employees, building modern tools in areas like productivity, finance, health, and marketplaces.

Clients are product-led and emphasize experimentation, customer-centricity, and agile development. Their teams are often fully remote, mainly with hubs across Europe, and with flexible working conditions across CET ±3h.

🎯 What You’ll Typically Do

As a Junior Product Manager working with our clients, you’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to build products that solve real customer problems.

• Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs and business goals
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers on feature development
• Help define user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specs
• Support backlog management, sprint planning, and cross-functional alignment
• Analyze product performance and suggest improvements based on data and feedback
• Contribute to roadmap planning and product strategy discussions

Typical tools: Jira, Trello, Asana, Notion, Figma, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Productboard

🙋 Is this you?

• 1–3 years experience in product management, product operations, or business analysis
• Strong communicator who can work across tech, design, and commercial teams
• Highly organized — you enjoy structuring information, decisions, and priorities
• Customer-obsessed mindset — you care about real-world user outcomes
• Bonus: background in SaaS, digital products, or product design
