Job description

For one of our projects with an Insurance Company, NTT DATA is looking for a Dynatrace Expert Consultant to work remotely from Barcelona, Spain.

Your responsibilities:

Monitoring and optimizing critical insurance applications to ensure performance and availability.
Troubleshooting and diagnosing performance issues to enhance customer experience.
Developing dashboards and reports tailored for IT and business users.
Training and mentoring insurance teams on best practices for Dynatrace usage.
Supporting deployment and integration of Dynatrace within insurance platforms.
Providing strategic insights to improve operational efficiency and digital services.

Your profile:

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Certifications in Dynatrace (such as Associate, Specialist, or Professional certifications).
Experience in application performance monitoring (APM) and observability tools.
Knowledge of insurance industry processes and digital transformation strategies.
5+ years of experience in IT, focusing on application monitoring, performance engineering, or system administration.
Proficiency in Java, .NET, and web technologies (JavaScript, AJAX, etc.).
Understanding of distributed applications and cloud environments.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Fluent in English, expert knowledge in spoken and written.
