Job Description
KLDiscovery, one of the largest national eDiscovery providers, is currently seeking Accounts Receivable Analyst to support our Client Shared Services Team.
Responsibilities include providing exceptional service and maintaining all information in the company’s systems accurately. This includes managing a portfolio of accounts, submitting invoices, ensuring prompt payment, responding to customer requests, working with internal teams & departments, and providing relevant requested information to our clients. In addition, you will work closely with billing, sales, and project management to support preferred accounts.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a clean and accurate portfolio aging that reflects the true statuses of invoice submissions and unpaid reasons, and ensure that any outstanding invoices are owed and collectible for payment
- Submit all invoices within portfolio monthly via email or eBilling portal accurately and in a timely manner
- Proactively communicate with customers within portfolio to facilitate speedy payment, and work with customers to initiate the most streamlined payment process possible
- Ensure prompt responsiveness to all internal and external requests and questions
- Work directly with customers, Project Managers, Billing Specialists, and Sales Representatives to settle/troubleshoot client issues
- Utilize a variety of tools/platforms (Oracle, Salesforce, Outlook) to efficiently manage account portfolio and ensure customer satisfaction
- Attend regular meetings with direct team and team lead to discuss strategy and productivity
- Collaborate cross-functionally to effectively support customer needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Exposure to Legal or eDiscovery industry preferred but not required
- Solid interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to handle multiple projects and manage conflicting priorities
- Ability to effectively communicate with business leaders, clients, internal stakeholders
- Collaboration skills with cross-departmental representatives
- Advanced time management and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills utilizing various software applications
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required
- Experience with eBilling portals a plus
- Experience working with Salesforce or CRM system a plus
- Sales experience is a plus
