ModMed is hiring a driven Associate Client Advisor to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing RCM (aka BOOST) team focused on serving as the main point of contact for up to four client users. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a high volume of client emails and inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses to maintain high levels of client satisfaction within a fast-paced Healthcare IT company that is truly Modernizing Medicine!
Your Role:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client emails, handling inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.
- Compile and submit end-of-month reports, summarizing client activities, performance metrics, and any outstanding issues.
- Manage a portfolio of up to four clients, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide clients with the best solutions and support.
- Identify opportunities for improved client services and provide feedback to management.
- Uphold the company’s values and contribute positively to the team environment.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role or customer service environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Google Suite and with EMA/PM software.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
