Responsibilities
  • Review and negotiate NDAs.
  • Maintain contract management process and files to ensure the smooth flow of contract execution.
  • Commercial legal team support, including cross-functional approval management, contract review and finalisation.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on company policies and procedures, including assisting sales team with RFP/I responses.
  • Contribute to the development of contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation guidelines to streamline legal operations.
  • Special projects and other ad hoc duties as requested, such as GDPR compliance, procurement, channel agreements.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Law (UK/EU) preferred, but not required.
  • One year or more relevant experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of contract law and legal principles.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, particularly during quarter end.
