Job description

Salary: P50,000- P70,000 (Monthly Gross Package)

Schedule: 9:00PM to 6:00AM Manila Time

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • 3-4 years previous experience in appointment setting, customer service, or front desk/reception—preferably in the pet care or service industry.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software or CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a busy schedule.
  • Comfortable communicating with pet owners in a warm and professional manner.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of pet grooming services and terminology.
  • Experience using grooming scheduling tools (e.g., Gingr, Pawfinity, MoeGo, etc.).

What will you do?

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, texts, emails, or messages to schedule grooming appointments.
  • Provide clients with information about our grooming services, availability, pricing, and policies.
  • Manage the grooming calendar and coordinate scheduling to avoid overbooking.
  • Confirm appointments with clients and send reminders as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our booking system.
  • Follow up with past clients for rebooking or feedback.
  • Work closely with groomers and front desk team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Upsell additional services (e.g., nail trimming, special shampoos, flea treatments) where appropriate.
