Salary range: 

12,000-20,400 PLN gross (Contract of Employment)

14,400-24,500 PLN Before Tax (B2B Contract)

Joining Netguru as a Senior Product Designer – Service Designer means:

Your tasks and duties:
  • Leading and facilitating discovery workshops, service design workshops, and co-creation sessions with clients and stakeholders.
  • Identifying user needs, business requirements, and technology opportunities to define services holistically.
  • Creating journey maps, service blueprints, process flows, and ecosystem maps.
  • Designing end-to-end services with a focus on usability, feasibility, and viability.
  • Translating research insights into actionable service concepts and solutions.
  • Mentoring less experienced designers and improving internal service design processes.

Advocating for a human-centered approach and ensuring the services you design deliver real value.

Requirements

We want you onboard if you have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/Product/Service Design roles.
  • Proven experience leading service design initiatives (e.g., discovery, journey mapping, blueprinting, opportunity identification).
  • Strong portfolio that showcases service design processes and delivered outcomes (not only UI work).
  • Expertise in UX principles, research methods, and designing complex user journeys.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong proactivity and sense of ownership in project environments.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English (CEFR B2+ minimum).
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to present ideas and solutions clearly.
  • Practical knowledge of prototyping and service validation methodologies.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Miro, Figma, UXPressia, or similar.

It would be a plus if you have:
  • Experience in delivering services that have been successfully implemented.
  • Certifications in Service Design, Design Thinking, or Human-Centered Design (e.g., from IDEO, NN/g, or other reputable organizations).
  • Experience working in agile product teams and collaborating closely with Product Owners and Developers.
  • Background in consulting or working in innovation hubs, service agencies, or digital transformation projects.
