Position Overview

We are seeking a Director of Growth to drive our Product-Led Growth and Self-Service initiatives. This role will sit within the Growth organisation, reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, and will work closely alongside the Product Management and Growth Analytics teams.

This is a highly cross-functional leadership role with significant scope and impact. You will be responsible for driving our self-serve motion, enhancing user onboarding and activation, improving conversion funnels, and partnering closely with Product Marketing. Your work will directly influence how prospects and users discover, try, and adopt Dealfront’s products at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for Growth, PLG, and Self-Service initiatives, aligning with company goals and customer needs.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on acquisition, activation, retention, and monetisation.
  • Build and optimise self-serve user journeys across web, onboarding, in-app, and pricing touch-points.
  • Partner closely with the Growth Analytics team to test and measure experiments and identify key levers for growth.
  • Coordinate with the Product Marketing function, ensuring tight alignment between product, GTM, and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to drive execution and impact across the funnel.
  • Drive experimentation culture through A/B testing, user research, and funnel analysis.
  • Champion a data-informed approach to prioritise and iterate on the highest-impact opportunities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management or Growth roles, ideally in B2B SaaS with a strong product-led component.
  • Proven success in leading self-serve or PLG initiatives that drove measurable growth outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of product and marketing funnels, growth loops, and user behaviour analytics.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and data.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing PMs and/or Product Marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote-first, high-growth environment.

Benefits

  • The chance to work with a very knowledgeable, high-achieving and fun team.
  • An international, diverse, dynamic and committed work environment.
  • The opportunity to work remotely, with a flexible work schedule.
  • Mental Health support with Auntie.
  • Annual company retreats in sunny locations and team off-sites :)
