Are you an experienced Project Coordinator with a strong background in supply chain or tech project delivery? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Kinaxis Project Coordinator to join a dynamic, remote-first team delivering critical planning solutions.

🔍 About the Role:

In this role, you will support project planning and execution for Kinaxis initiatives. You will work closely with a Project Manager and cross-functional stakeholders, coordinating key activities, maintaining schedules, and ensuring consistent communication.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking Kinaxis project activities.

✅Develop and manage project schedules, action item lists, and progress reports.

✅Coordinate meetings, workshops, and reviews with cross-functional business and technical teams.

✅Monitor and report on KPIs and project status for senior leadership.

✅Maintain a risk and issues log, and escalate concerns as needed.

✅Support change control and version tracking for all project deliverables.

✅Drive effective communication between project stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

✅8–10 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, preferably in supply chain or tech projects.

✅Experience working with Kinaxis RapidResponse is a strong asset.

✅Strong organizational and communication skills.

✅Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

✅Familiarity with project reporting tools and best practices.
