Min 2.5 years Proven experience as a Bookkeeper with expertise in monthly reconciliations. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Xero (certification is a plus). Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Core responsibilities:

Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial accounts. Identify and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate financial reporting. Maintain proper documentation for audit readiness. Record and categorize financial transactions in QuickBooks and Xero. Ensure all income, expenses, and invoices are accurately recorded. Track accounts payable and receivable for timely payments. Generate monthly financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets. Assist in budgeting and cash flow management. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices.
